Suggestions to Improve Delivery & Installation Experience
Hi everyone! I wanted to share some quick feedback and ideas regarding delivery and installation services, and hear what others think.
What works well
Friendly staff and convenient delivery options.
Installation service is a great idea, especially for larger trees.
Helpful that we can leave delivery notes (access, stairs, parking, etc.).
What could improve
Clarity for nationwide delivery: sometimes it’s unclear what “door-to-door” includes when handled by couriers.
Installation consistency: a few people reported trees being left at the door even when installation was paid for.
Communication: more accurate delivery-time updates or alerts when running late would help.
Tree condition: some customers say their tree arrived damaged or thinner than expected.
