I am not satisfied with the appearance of my tree, can I get another one?

Should your driver be one of our kilted heroes then the best thing to do is tell the driver AS SOON AS you see the tree so that he/she can give you a replacement one then and there as they often carry spares if there is space in their vans. 
For deliveries with our courier partner Tuffnells please contact us as soon as you can and if possible attach an image of the tree.
You have three days from receipt of your tree to contact us an arrange a replacement free of charge, after this time there may be an additional charge.
