We’re ordering our tree again this year and the delivery/installation service has always been really helpful. One small suggestion for the peak weeks: would it be possible to offer a few more clearly labelled “quieter” delivery windows, especially for households with young kids or people working from home?
Last year the team were efficient and friendly, but the afternoon slot overlapped with the kids’ screen time. We’d just got them settled with some calm oops games on the tablet when the doorbell went, and the whole routine went out the window. A slightly more flexible or better-labelled quiet window would make the whole process even smoother for families in the same boat.
