Trouble scheduling delivery slot for Christmas tree order – help needed
Hi everyone,
I placed an order for a Christmas tree through Pines & Needles a couple of days ago, but I’m having trouble selecting or confirming a delivery slot in my account. When I go to the booking page, it either shows no available dates or just keeps loading without updating.
I’ve already checked my order confirmation email and tried different browsers, but the issue is still the same. I’m wondering if this is a known issue with the system or if I’ve missed a step after placing the order.
Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know the correct way to confirm a delivery time after checkout?
Any advice would be really appreciated. dordle
